FLOURLESS, PROTEIN-RICH PIZZA RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS of the crust:

  • 450g ground chicken
  • 1 cup cheese (I use parmesan (Parmigiano-Reggiano))
  • 1 egg
  • Salt (to preference)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 450F (~230°C).
  • Add the ground chicken, cheese, egg, and salt to a bowl and mix until fully combined.
  • Line a large form with parchment paper.
  • Evenly spread the chicken mixture on the form.
  • Cook in the oven for about 13 minutes. It should start to get light brown on top.
  • Now, add whatever toppings you’d like! (I usually add tomato paste, cheese, prosciutto, salami, onion, olives, some extra cheese on top, plus a bit of oregano.)
  • Cook the pizza in the oven for a few more minutes until the cheese has melted. I leave it for about 3-5 minutes.
  • That’s it! ENJOY!
