They’ve told us dietary saturated fat causes heart disease. Well, as it turns out, there’s no real evidence of that! There wasn’t any back when the first recommendations were made and there is none now!

This is HUGE!

We have known this for years. Numerous studies and reviews have revealed this. And people need to know!

If we’re being told by experts and authorities to limit saturated fat because it causes heart disease, it should be based on evidence, right?!

And note: the Dietary Guidelines for Americans used to have a limit on dietary cholesterol as well, though this recommendation has now been removed (no real evidence it’s bad for us). Meaning, they have been wrong in the past, so we must always ask before we base our diet on such recommendations: “What’s the evidence?”
