This is the best low carb bread I’ve tasted! It’s super simple to make. There’s no flour and it’s rich in protein – which is satiating!

Here’s a written summary:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 450g chicken breast
  • 6 eggs (large)
  • 30g grated cheese (I use parmesan)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • Salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 400F (~200°C)
  • Boil ~0.5L water
  • Cut the chicken into cubes and add to the boiling water. Let it simmer for about 3 minutes before draining and letting it cool.
  • Add the chicken, eggs, grated cheese and olive oil to a food processor or blender and mix until a smooth batter.
  • And baking powder and salt (to taste) and mix gently.
  • Add the batter to a bread form and put it in the oven for about 30 minutes. The top should get golden and it should be cooked all the way through. Check the video to see how mine turned out 😉

And that’s it! It can be enjoyed by itself, as a sandwich or however you’d use normal bread. It won’t taste the same as normal bread made of flour of course, though I think it’s tasty, so you should give it a go!
