FLOURLESS, PROTEIN-RICH PIZZA RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS of the crust:
- 450g ground chicken
- 1 cup cheese (I use parmesan (Parmigiano-Reggiano))
- 1 egg
- Salt (to preference)
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 450F (~230°C).
- Add the ground chicken, cheese, egg, and salt to a bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Line a large form with parchment paper.
- Evenly spread the chicken mixture on the form.
- Cook in the oven for about 13 minutes. It should start to get light brown on top.
- Now, add whatever toppings you’d like! (I usually add tomato paste, cheese, prosciutto, salami, onion, olives, some extra cheese on top, plus a bit of oregano.)
- Cook the pizza in the oven for a few more minutes until the cheese has melted. I leave it for about 3-5 minutes.
- That’s it! ENJOY!
